Those pesky little bumps on the backs of the arms, legs that hibernate in tights all winter and rough elbows, they're all to common during the winter months, but nothing a good scrub can't fix.

Some of my very favourite body scrubs come from Soap & Glory's ever expanding line of scrubs and exfoliators. They're easy to find in most Boots stores and reasonably priced - very often on 3 for 2 deals.

Soap & Glory's The Scrub of Your Life Smoothing Body Scrub is thick, foamy, fantastically fresh, satisfyingly stuffed with just the right ratio of scrubbing beads. Scented with their original pink fragrance. A scent that combines fresh bergamot and mandarin, rose, jasmine, peach, strawberry, oakmoss, amber, woody notes and warm vanilla.

Wet down in the shower, turn off the water, squeeze out a handful of and get a smooth on. Scrub and soap up until you’re satisfied, then rinse thoroughly.

I prefer scrubs that rinse away cleanly rather than sugar scrubs that leave a residue on the skin. I feel so much fresher.

I am rather sad to have to report that this (amongst a few other Soap & Glory products) contains parabens. I have contacted their PR team to see what they have to say, so I will let you know when I receive a response. I am very disappointed though.
